Q. How can I chat with a Librarian?

Professional librarians staff our Ask Your Librarian service. We can help students and alumni with research, writing, and citation needs. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am-9pm, Friday 9 am-6 pm, Saturday 5 pm-7 pm, and Sunday 5 pm-7 pm ET. Questions that come in during the weekend will be responded to on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not receive a response over the weekend, you will hear from us the next business day.
