Q. How does Project Gutenberg choose books to publish?
Can any book be published on Project Gutenberg?
Answer
Project Gutenberg does not choose books to publish. Volunteers decide based on their own taste which books they want to add to Project Gutenberg. Titles must have an expired copyright and be appropriate for online publishing too.
