Answer
You only need to include four items in each Source List entry. This list is the same for all source types.
In the case of a Company Dossier report from Nexis Uni, you should include the following:
- Author's name
- Date of the report
- Title of the source (e.g., Microsoft Corporation)
- [No page numbers necessary for a non-print source]
- Where you found it (e.g., Company Dossier)
Here is an example for a Company Dossier on Microsoft:
