Students can find articles from many IEEE open access publications through the Online Research Portal. Relevant articles will show on the results page when searching through the Online Research Portal.
Alternatively, you can search all IEEE publications on their Xplore website. Be sure to select the button for "Open Access Only" so that you only find journals and magazines that you can read at no cost.
Our ACM database offers articles from other, similar trade publications and can be accessed through the Databases page in the Online Research Portal.
