How do I download Word and PowerPoint to my computer? How can I install Microsoft 365?
Answer
Some features of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel are only available in the desktop versions. One such example is narration. You can create a PowerPoint in the web app and desktop app, but only able to narrate in the desktop app.
If you need to install a desktop app, here are brief instructions:
- Check your currently installed programs for older versions of Office. These will need to be uninstalled.
- Log into Microsoft 365 using the link below. Use your iCampus username and password.
- Use the install apps menu and follow the prompts.
Office 365 is now Microsoft 365. If you're already using Office 365 through iCampus as a Strayer University student, you don't need to do anything to start enjoying Microsoft 365.
